PK 164+31.1（耳机星云）是天猫座内一个行星状星云，距离地球约 1600 光年。
它由一颗类似太阳的恒星死亡后抛射出的气体外壳形成，因外形酷似一副耳机而得名。星云中心残留着一颗高温的白矮星。亮度极低（约 14 等）
